Alltron AG is an expanding Microsoft Indirect CSP with a large reseller network at its disposal. Facing key business challenges, it chose to switch to and the Diamond Edition of its Cloud Platform. The solution includes added functionality for delivering value-added services to Alltron’s reseller network like white-label storefronts and multivendor provisioning. Alltron AG has been a Microsoft CSP Tier-2 since 2016 and has several hundred active resellers in its cloud network. Based in Mägenwil, in Switzerland’s northerly canton of Aargau, the company was founded in 1985 and employs over 780 professionals. As a wholesaler, Alltron supplies Swiss IT and CE retailers; it also serves resellers in the telecommunications and electronics sectors.

Alltron had already been using another system to manage its cloud business and while the Alltron Cloud team had refined its business and technical knowledge, it also became aware of the pitfalls of cloud automation. Alltron was facing three major challenges: reliably automating its CSP workflows to meet Microsoft’s business requirements; easily creating white-label tenants to support a growing network of resellers, or its own direct businesses; and finding a platform that could drive its strategic vision to be a vendor-agnostic cloud provider.'s important role
